Clockwork → Playing the Game
Comment, comment, comment. Okay, that isn't all but seriously. Commenting is your friend, as are journal entries. Clockwork is played in both first and third person roleplay on the journals and messengers. Third person takes part at clockwork_rp, where you can start a thread with the format below, or within messenger conversations (which can later be made into log format and posted in clockwork_rp. First person takes place in your journal and their comments; please try to keep roleplaying via comments to a minimum. If you know you're going to end up roleplaying in comments, please start an entry and thread in clockwork_rp, and roleplay it out in comments there. It will make life for everyone much easier and it keeps the mods organized for activity checks. Please note; the day you post is the day that any comments and roleplay threads take place, so please keep that in mind. Days that change in real life, will not change on threads unless otherwise stated. Formatting for journal entries are up to you. Logs are posted accordingly with the information provided in the logging userinfo. When creating threads in clockwork_rp, please try and stick to the following format: Active/Completed, whether the thread is still being played out or is being counted as a completed event. Please don't forget to change these tags. It helps the mods to do the activity checks and whatnot. Who. Tell us who is taking part in the thread, and please note if this thread is open to anyone to respond to, or if closed to characters listed. What. A summary of the events in the thread. When can be actual time for thread starter, or just a general date. Where is pretty self explanatory. Warnings should include rating, and please mention if there will be sex/death/other mature themes. Please tag your logs. And please keep all out of character discussion to clockwork_ooc. When you first arrive in Clockwork, make sure you do an intro post so that everyone can add your character's journal.
